We accept orders placed with VISA, MasterCard and American Express®.
This allows new customers to be setup and orders shipped quickly. It's one
more way that DecoPac helps to keep you "On Top of the World's Best
Selling Cakes®".

DecoPac extends 30-day credit to qualified customers.
Fast, FREE Delivery
We ship all packages via FedEx Ground
service. DecoPac has no minimum order requirements. If your order totals $75 or more, your
packages qualify for our FREE FedEx Ground service delivery: your order will be shipped
freight-prepaid, right to your bakery, anywhere in the continental U.S. This is the lowest
FREE freight minimum in the industry.
DecoPac is committed to providing you with the best service in the industry.
We make every effort to pick, pack and dispatch orders within 24 hours of
their receipt. FedEx Ground Service offers dependable package delivery
in the 48 contiguous United States, within four business days or less.
We are pleased to announce our new "Expedited Service" option.
This Expedited Service reduces your delivery time by ONE
DAY by making sure your order leaves DecoPac the SAME DAY it is placed.
This means, if you place your order prior to 1:00 p.m. Central Time,
Monday through Friday, and request Expedited Service your order will leave DecoPac
that same day via FedEx Ground. The incremental charge for this Expedited
Service is $7.00.
Due to rising costs for home delivery, DecoPac will be adding a $3.00 incremental charge
to all orders shipped to a residential address.
For even faster service, ask our customer service representatives about our
overnight (only available to certain major markets), 2-Day or 3-Day FedEx
Air option. The incremental charge for this upgrade will be based upon the
size of your order and the service requested. All charges will be quoted to
you at the time you place your order.
Product Returns:
To facilitate the handling of returns, please follow these easy steps:
- Call DecoPac Customer Service (1-800-DECOPAC) for a Return Authorization
Number. Note this number on your return.
- Specify "replacement" or "credit" with the returned merchandise, and
ship to:

While we do everything we can to accommodate your changing needs, there are
a few rules we can't avoid:
- To ensure food safety, edible products may NOT be returned, except in
the case of a quality defect.
- To ensure food safety, only unopened complete boxes of non-edible products
may be returned. Such products returned within 90 days of shipment will
receive full credit; products returned after 90 days will be subject to
a 25% restocking fee.
- DecoPac will NOT accept returns of seasonal or holiday items.
- DecoPac will NOT accept returns of products not featured in our current
catalog.
