Can I submerge my airbrush in water to clean it?

No, the airbrush cannot be submerged in water or it will rust. The front two pieces of the airbrush can be removed and cleaned using hot water or DecoPac CleanAir® solution. The needle can also be removed and wiped down with either water or DecoPac CleanAir®. Submerging an airbrush voids the warranty.

Can I put paste or gel colors in my airbrush?

No, only use airbrush colors, no pastes or gels.

My airbrush is running but nothing is coming out. What could the problem be?

1. Make sure the airbrush has been assembled correctly and all the pieces are present.
2. Make sure you have the correct needle in the airbrush and that it is not bent or damaged.
3. Check to make sure the needle is pushed all the way forward and moves with the trigger.
4. Make sure you are using airbrush colors, not gels or pastes.
5. Make sure the airbrush is clean.

Does the DecoPac compressor work with the Badger airbrushes?

The DecoPac compressor will work with both the DecoPac Airbrush kit and both Badger models in our catalog.
The Badger compressor will work only with the Badger systems.

What is DecoPac’s warranty program?

Badger models have a one-year warranty on the airbrush and compressor. The DecoPac model has a 90 day warranty on the airbrush and one-year warranty on the compressor.
