How do I get a catalog?

Do you sell product outside of the United States?
All supplies, wedding and non-licensed cake decorations are available for sale anywhere in the world. Licensed decorations are available in the United States, Canada and U.S. territories and possessions. Our sister company in the United Kingdom, Culpitt, does carry several licensed properties available for sale outside of the United States. Visit culpitt.com for more information.

How long does it take to get product?
We strive to ship all new orders via FedEx Ground service within 24 hours of receipt of the order. Most shipments arrive within 4-5 working days of being shipped.
 
What if I did not receive my order?
Call 1-800-DECOPAC and we will track the location/status of the order with FedEx.
 
What if I did not get what I ordered or the product was damaged?
Call 1-800 DECOPAC and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
 
What if I want to return a product?
To facilitate the handling of returns, please follow these easy steps:
  1. Call DecoPac Customer Service (1-800-DECOPAC) for a Return Authorization Number. Note this number on your return.
  2. Specify "replacement" or "credit" with the returned merchandise, and ship to:

    DecoPac, Inc.

    Anoka, Minnesota 55303
That's it; we'll take care of the rest!
 
Why did I not receive an in-store catalog page with my order?
In-store catalog pages (The Magic of Cakes® Pages) are sent when the product is ordered for the first time. If you need a new page, call 1-800-DECOPAC and we will add it to your next order for free.
 
How do I become a customer?
Go to the "Do Business With Us" section of decopac.com.
 
Do I need to be a business or bakery to become a DecoPac customer? Can I just order for my personal cake decorating use?
You must be a business and be able to provide your federal business tax ID number to become a customer.
 
Can I have my order delivered to a P.O. Box?
You must provide the actual street address of your business.
 
Can I have my order delivered to a residential address?
Yes, however, there is an additional $3.00 charge per order.
 
How do I apply for 30 day credit?
Please contact our Accounts Receivable department at 1-800-DECOPAC. They will walk you through the requirements and determine if you are eligible.
 
What are the freight costs?
Shipping is FREE if your order totals $75 or more. Go to the "Credit & Delivery Policies" section of decopac.com for more information.
 
I forgot my password, how can I log-in?
Go to the "Forgot Password?" section of decopac.com.
 
Can I use your cake images on my business website?
Yes, as long as the images are not altered in any way.
 
What holidays are you closed during 2007?
We are closed:
  • New Year's Day (observed January 1, 2007)
  • Memorial Day (observed May 28, 2007)
  • Independence Day (observed July 4, 2007)
  • Labor Day (observed September 3, 2007)
  • Thanksgiving (observed November 22 & 23, 2007)
  • Christmas (observed December 24 & 25, 2007)
Can I order PhotoCake® PIN's online?
At this time, we are unable to issue PhotoCake® PIN's online. However, you can view all of the current licensed PhotoCake® images and frames online and then call 1-800-DECOPAC during normal business hours to place an order.
