Our knowledgeable, friendly, and professional Customer Service team is available by phone to answer your questions and help solve any problems. In the field, we employ a team of over 40 professional brokerage firms to implement local and regional marketing and merchandising programs. Marty Krause in the Western region, Mel Lopez in the Central region, Doug White in the Southeastern region, Brian Sosnoski in the Northeast region and Tana Krona, Sales Account Specialist, work with our brokers and customers. They welcome your calls and comments.

Back at DecoPac home office, from finance, operations and purchasing, to marketing and the art department, our teams round out our behind-the-scenes support network. All working hard to make your job easier and help you sell more cakes.
