NEW Website FAQ

If I have an account on the current DecoPac.com, will I have to set up a new account on the new website?
No. But you will need to reset your password the first time you log in. Simply, click the “forgot password” link on the Account page.
If I had items in my shopping cart prior to the site transition, will I still be able to access those items?
Unfortunately, no. You will have to re-add the items to your cart.
Will my order history be available on the new website?
Yes! Your order history will be available with history prior to the new website launch.
If I have a Favorites list on the current website, will I have to recreate it?
Unfortunately, yes. We recommend taking a screenshot or writing down your list of items prior to the transition.
Will I still be able to order PhotoCake® PINS on the new website?
Yes! The process for ordering PhotoCake® PINS will remain the same.
Will I still be able to download resources and view videos on the new website?
Yes! You will now be able to find available resources for each product both on their product detail page, and under the new Support tab in the main menu or in the footer.
Will I still be able to request a catalog on the new website?
Of course! You will now be able to request a catalog via the Contact Form.
Will the Quick Order still be available?
Yes! Quick Order will be within the main menu at the top of the website, next to Favorites.
Will my bakery still be featured on Cakes.com?
Yes! The website transition will not impact any Cakes.com accounts.
Will I need to update my PhotoCake.com account?
No. The website transition will not impact any PhotoCake.com accounts.
If I currently receive emails from DecoPac.com, will I need to subscribe again on the new website?
Nope! Customers who receive DecoPac.com emails currently will remain subscribed after the transition.
How do I sign up for emails on the new website?
You can sign up for emails on the new website via the Contact Form.
How do I request a catalog on the new website?
All new DecoPac customers will automatically be sent a new annual catalog. You can expect it in approximately 2-3 weeks. You can also request a catalog via the Contact Form. If you are not a new customer and simply need a replacement catalog, call 1-800-DECOPAC (1-800-332-6722).
What exactly are the new features of the new website?
The new website will be faster, mobile-friendly, and have an improved search with autocomplete functionality and thumbnail images for referencing. It will have a clean, simple design with larger images and easier navigation for finding all of your favorite products. Product detail pages will be easier to shop, with related resources like downloadable PDFs and videos available directly from their page. The PhotoCake® section will be more user friendly and some categories will be populated in more intuitive ways.

You will still have access to the same great product information and content as before, including trends, top-selling products, Idea Cakes, merchandising and bakery support, and in-store technology.
