Prepare royal icing when you need it. Royal icing, once prepared, is good when stored in the refrigerator for up to three days. Just add water. Color is white, but you can add food coloring to match the icing to the color of your occasion. One one-pound bag covers approximately 25-30 three inch cookies. Certified Kosher.
