Quality Policies

• Effective January 1, 2027, the State of California prohibits the manufacture, sale, or distribution of any food products containing FD&C Red No. 3 within its jurisdiction. Additionally, effective January 15, 2027, the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) will remove FD&C Red No. 3 from its list of approved color additives for use in food. Customers acknowledge and agree that these regulatory requirements supersede any labeled expiration dates or “Best If Used By” dates associated with affected products. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that any products containing FD&C Red No. 3 are not used, sold, or distributed after January 1, 2027 (California) and January 15, 2027 (United States), as applicable.

• Due to the nature of edible products, performance may be affected by customer environmental conditions, customer handling, and customer variables, including but not limited to icings, substrates, storage conditions, and packaging. As such, we do not guarantee consistent results across all customer applications, media, or conditions. All edible products are shipped with a minimum of 4 months of their shelf-life remaining at the time of shipment. All sales of edible products are final and non-refundable.
