PhotoCake Online Installation Instructions

After installing the application, ensure the application does not have a pink background. If you have a pink background when you log in you are using the incorrect log in credentials. In order to see the correct application, sign in using your credentials. If you need assistance logging in or resetting your password please call our Customer Support Team at 1-800-644-1228.

  • Intel® Core™2 Processor or AMD Athlon® 64 processor 2GHz or faster processor (or equivalent)
  • DVD Drive for Resource Installation
  • 2 GB of RAM
  • 6.5 GB of available hard-disk space for installation
  • Cannot install on removable flash storage devices

PhotoCake Online uses Frosting Sheets™ , DecoPac Printables, and Lucks™ Print-Ons®; Media that must be purchased from DecoPac, Inc. Consumable Media purchased from DecoPac contains a Media Access Code, which is printed on each bag of Media. PhotoCake™ Online users will need to enter the Media Access Code listed on the bag (onto the website) to release the Media Sheets. The Media count displayed on the website should reflect the actual number of print Media Sheets you have on hand. Consumable supplies for your PhotoCake Online system must be purchased from DecoPac, Inc. in order to keep your warranty intact and to continue to receive technical support.
